Both require a cut out of 20-1/8" wide x 17-3/4" deep so you'll want to measure to ensure you have that much space.

There is a 12DC cavity light, which I believe is where the confusion may have come from initially.

It's not recommended that powered vents be used over a stove or in a bathroom because the additional condensation in the air can harm the electrical components in the fan motor. The Dometic over the range microwave you mentioned seems to have been discontinued for some time, so I could not find the dimensions, but I was able to find some specs which said it had 950 watts of output power, and we do have an option for you with the same power output. There isn't a part number for the feet (or grommets) because they are not sold as replacement parts for the Camco RV Universal Fit Stovetop Silencer and Countertop # CAM43571.
So there isn't anything designed specifically as replacements for this cutting board, but if you don't want to buy a new one, what may work are the Camco Magic Chef Stove Grommets # CAM43614.

You can wire this to the battery or more preferably to the power center in your camper. Typically a camper will have a converter to charge the battery while hooked up to shore power/generator power to keep the battery charged. As far as using the cover as a work surface goes, Camco doesn't have a specific weight limit, but recommended placing a large cutting board or piece of plywood over the cover to prevent it from being dented. In any event, I'd recommend placing as little weight as possible on it. Using it as a work surface to do prep work shouldn't be an issue but I would be careful about placing anything on top of the cover that weighed more than a few pounds.
